LỜI MỞ ĐẦU

Vietnam is an ideal place in Southeast Asia to expand business thanks to stable politics, favorable economic conditions, a young population, and an increasing middle class (Board 01). Over the past two years, due to the COVID- 19 pandemic, the world economy as well as Vietnam’s have been facing many challenges. Particularly, confronted with situation of complicated market, many national and international companies in Vietnam have to conduct such fundamental changes. In fact, more than 85,000 companies suspended operations in the first eight months of 2021, leading to the decision to conduct Merger and Acquisition (M&A), and voluntary liquidation. These changes are quite popular in Vietnam these days; therefore, to help people understand more about these aspects, I would like to do research and analyze them as the main types of companies’ changes in my assignment.
